Course Description:
Battle of the Additional Insured Endorsements: Scheduled vs. Automatic
Additional insured requests are as predictable as the sunrise; just about every commercial client is required to amend their policies to include interested third parties. During this fast paced, one-hour webcast, a review of ISO’s CG 20 10 and CG 20 33 Additional Insured Endorsements will focus on the similarities and differences, and advantages and disadvantages of these two widely used forms. One goal of this program is to aid the student in evaluating the best form to use in any given situation. You may be surprised by what you finally decide is the better endorsement.
Additionally, a brief introduction of ISO’s recent countrywide filing involving changes to the two widely used forms will be provided along with how they might change the landscape and further add…to the Battle of Additional Insured Endorsements
